She serves as Principal of the Occupational Therapy College at Ziauddin University, Vice President of the Pakistan Occupational Therapy Association, and Country Focal Person for rehabilitation workforce capacity building under ReLAB-HS. She pioneered Asia’s first five-year Doctor of Occupational Therapy (DOT) program and founded Nighdasht to strengthen rehabilitation services. As a member of the WHO Rehabilitation 2030 initiative, she is an internationally recognized trainer and advocate for advancing rehabilitation through education, policy, and healthcare system integration.
